SQUISHIFT Privacy Policy

1. Game and ranking data

To register scores and provide online matches, the app sends an app-generated player ID, display name, run timestamps, mode, results, and gameplay actions needed to verify results to our server. The game does not ask you to enter your real name, address, phone number or sign in to a Google account. Do not enter your real name or contact details as your display name.

Rankings publicly display your display name, rank, score or win count. An empty name is displayed as Anonymous. Internal player IDs and authentication keys are not displayed in the public ranking list.
The Public/Private switch controls names in normal match recruitment and matches, not ranking names. Random recruitment lists do not show player names; names during a match follow your visibility setting.

Online play processes connection information, gameplay actions and match state for matchmaking, synchronization, early-leave restrictions and fraud prevention. We use Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects to process and store these data. The server processes IP addresses during requests and uses an IP address hash to limit registration requests. These are not published alongside ranking names.

2. Advertising

We use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Depending on your device settings, region and advertising choices, the SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, app/ad interactions, diagnostics, advertising IDs, app set IDs and, where applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device for advertising, analytics, measurement and fraud prevention. These data may be collected and shared by the SDK. SDK-related crash logs may also be reported to investigate and fix failures. NOTTO GAMES does not independently link ranking player IDs or scores with advertising IDs and send that combination to advertisers.
Google's consent screen is shown where required. Where advertising privacy choices can be changed, an Ad privacy choices button is available on this screen. The game remains usable if consent is incomplete and ads cannot be requested.

3. Data on your device

The app stores your display name and match-name visibility, player ID and authentication key, language and volume settings, local high scores and pending score submissions on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not automatically delete previously registered server-side rankings or profiles.

4. Retention and deletion

Ranking entries, player profiles and match results are retained while needed to provide the service. Verification run registrations expire after 24 hours; expired registrations are cleaned up when a new run is registered. Recruitment and match state are cleaned up as matches or connections end. Fraud prevention and duplicate-submission records, and service-provider logs/backups, may have different retention periods.
There is no in-app function that directly deletes server-side data. For inquiries about access, correction or deletion, contact the address above. We will confirm the relevant records and ownership, and explain the actions available. Do not email or publicly post your authentication key. If information must be retained for security or legal reasons, we will explain the affected data and reason.

5. Security and sharing

Public-server connections use HTTPS/WSS. Google and Cloudflare services may process information outside Japan. Publishing display names and results in rankings, and delivering board and match state to opponents, are game functions. Sharing results to external services such as social networks is initiated by you; content posted to an external service is subject to that service's terms and settings.

6. Audience and changes

This game is not offered as a service specifically directed at children. See the Google Play store listing for the intended age groups. We update this policy when features or data practices change and notify users of material changes through the app or store information.
